She has developed an expertise in infectious disease surveillance and control, vaccines development, evaluation of healthcare interventions and project management through field and office-based experiences with various Non-Governmental Organisations, research institutes and the World Health Organization.
Blandine is a public health physician (M.D.) and holds two MSc's in Epidemiology and in Health Policy, Planning and Financing. She was trained in France (University of Lyon) and in the United Kingdom (London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine). Blandine is passionate about improving health and health systems worldwide.
